Smudge Bundles : Herbal Smudge Blend

A mixture of dried herbs and plants traditionally burned in ceremonies to cleanse or purify a space, person, or object of negative energies

1. Light a small portion of the blend until it smolders over charcoal.
2. Gently fan or blow on the embers to produce smoke.
3. Walk through the space or around the person/object, allowing the smoke to envelop the area.
4. As you do this, set a clear intention of clearing negative energies.
5. Extinguish the smudge safely after use.
